For the record, I was able to login successfully using my daughter's laptop which is a newer Mac computer with a newer OS (same Firefox version though), but I have my own computer that I would prefer to use and was using without a problem until today. is proud to announce the release of Mozilla Firefox®, Portable Edition 114.0.2. X.Org 1.0 or higher (1.7 or higher is recommended) libstdc++ 4.8.1 or higher. Firefox will not run at all without the following libraries or packages: GTK+ 3.14 or higher. Btw, I also tried logging in to att.com using Safari but that didn't work either. Please note that GNU/Linux distributors may provide packages for your distribution which have different requirements. However, I did not update my OS because I can't update the OS on my Mac Mini 2012 desktop anymore (it's currently running Sierra 10.12.6).ġ) What Operating System is the minimum supported to Login to the att.com website?Ģ) Does the att.com website no longer support MacOS Sierra, or can a programmer update the code on your website so that it can be compatible again? (because it worked fine until today, ). I updated my Firefox browser to the latest version (Firefox 114.0.2). So I can no longer access my ATT Wireless Bill online, nor my ATT email. I used to be able to login to my ATT wireless (cell phone) account *and* my ATT email account on att.com, but as of today, I cannot even see the login screen, because when I click on the "Sign In" link, my screen turns white, as it tries to access, and it just lingers there (blank screen). The main question I have is this: What Operating System is the minimum supported to Login to the att.com website? and spoke with a Supervisor (Audrey) who recommended I post my question here because she did not have access to the information that I needed. I've contacted AT&T Tech Support from the Wireless dept.
